  5. I am proud to be an American because our country was built on the morals and values of people willing to die for those values. I recognize those who have died, those currently serving our military, as well as their families, as heroes for standing up for our freedom.

  10. I am proud to be an American because I least I know I'm free. (Free to pray)
And I won't forget the men who died
Who gave that right to me (thank you to my Air Force and Marine three generation family)
And I'd gladly stand up next to you
And defend Her still today (free to vote as a woman)
    'Cause there ain't no doubt
    I love this land

  13. I am proud to be an American because our country values human beings for being human beings. It does not matter if you are the CEO of a company or the person who washes the dishes at the local coffee shop. In America both of you get one vote and can use it wisely. If you are black, white, or purple-and-green-spotted you are still human, and count the same as every other human. If you are female your vote counts the same as if you are male. If your family is European royalty your vote counts the same as if your family history is completely unknown. In this country you are never lower class, because you always have the opportunity to move into a higher sociology-economic group. This is the land of opportunity for all people no matter their race, their gender, or their family history. America is a country like no other. God Bless America!

  14. I am proud to be an American! No other country offers the level of freedom and acceptance we experience. If you are born to the European aristocratic families or to immigrant families your vote is equal. If you are born male or female your vote is equal. If you are born black, white, brown or pink-and-purple-spotted your vote is equal. America is one of the only countries that recognizes that the True Value of a human is that that human is human.
