(300,000 was one such figure mentioned).






Living proof that Americans care about Life and the Dignity of Life along with the quality of life. No one is arguing that the quality of life is unimportant but it is in assuring dignity to each person's life that we receive the quality of life we appreciate today.

If memory serves me, the room was vacated in late September, early October at latest; it took me a month to get the money to bring in the sheetrock and finishers.

Then my Worker and I painted it.

Then this past month has been too busy for my free labor to get in there.

This week saw some constructive activity going off in that room.

It's what I call a "push-up" for kids to get them motivated and energized and motivated. Three worthy points.

The greeting "Happy Holidays" doesn't offend me in the least. It is another way of saying "Happy Holy Days". I think it is a beautiful phrase.

Even if we don't particularly gush about them (or even care for them) we secretly want our home to look that nice, our kitchen to smell that nice, and our bathrooms to be that nice. Even if they aren't.


That's why I think it's a good self-practice to declare one day a week as your {Domestic Day}.

As a young girl I knew two things about the saint whose name I was given at baptism...
she was the grandmother of Jesus
many females (especially in my family) shared her as their patron saint

An unpleasant drizzle and early pregnancy queasiness makes it a rather bleak day for Carol. They drive to Uncle Bob's for the weekend.
